Career Pathways 
Physical Therapist  

Duties and Responsibilities: 
They teach patients how to manage and prevent health illnesses. Their treatment uses techniques to relieve pain and restore functions. They can treat both newborns and elders with conditions of their own. Basically they help people prevent the loss of mobility before it happens to them.  
Education:  
To become a physical therapist you need a DPT degree of at least three years. A bachelor's degree as well as classes in biology, chemistry, anatomy, physics, etc. In order to practice at a certain place you need to be certified and licensed 

Salary: 
As of 2015 their average salary is $84, 020.  

Demand OF Profession:  
The projected growth is 34% starting in the year 2014. Meaning there will be 210,900 jobs available out in the world for this profession.  
 
Reflection: 
After researching what a physical therapist is I think I would like to be one because it seems very satisfying and it is in the medical field. I would definitely look for this career pathway if I do not have any other options.
