              A Choice: Poverty or Prosperity

Dr. Ben Carson started his life as a child of a family of 24, obviously he was very poor. As a young kid he did not like school, he was basically the worst student in hus school, but when his mother decided to tell him to not watch television and to read more he knew that he was becoming smarter. I agree with Ben Carson’s testimony. Poverty is not something you HAVE to live with it is just a choice of life you are given. You either stay in poverty or you make something out of yourself and become successful. Carson became a very successful doctor who put his life into separating conjoined twins.  He was able to prosper in his career and was soon running for president in 2016. Being put born poor gave Carson a choice of becoming someone and many people can do the same, life is all about choices. When you do the right thing great things happen, Ben’s mother made the choice of not seeing her children waste their time watching nonsense and gave them a gift of reading that helped them a lot in life. Like Ben Carson said you try your best and God will do the rest. Education is the greatest thing you can be given, try making the best of it.
