Medical/ Health Volunteer Opportunities  

Memorial Medical Center Foundation 

• Looking for 14 year olds and up to volunteer at the 2017 Long Beach Tour. It is a pediatric cancer programs at Miller's hospital. Driver's License is needed and shifts are about 4 hours.    

Annual Central County Health Expo 

• Help with parking, patient guidance, translators,etc. No medical experience needed, must be at least 15 years old. Saturday April 22.  

Kaiser Permanente LAMC 

•  Many volunteers work directly with patients. To become a volunteer you need to be committed to accomplishing 200 hours of volunteering for a whole year.  

UCLA Hospital Volunteer 

• A minimum age of 15 is required to apply. Some positions include patient escort and surgical recovery room.   

Pre-Med Scholar Program 

•  One week educational program incorporating health guests and activities.
