" I Trust That My Hard Work Will Pay Off "
Image result for hard work

Tyler Hawks is a Brigham Young University Basketball Player who has never been a talented player, but worked hard to be the best of him team. He would practice with his dad bright and early in the morning and practice the same shots over and over and over. There was times where he made 143 baskets with no misses. His hard work got him into the 2nd player named Mr.Basketball two times in a row, I guess that's a thing now. However, he was committed to church and god so when he got the opportunity to go to a mission he took it with no doubt. He was able to go to a Philippines mission for two years and become the BYU leading scorer. It is quite true that hard work pays off because all his determination got him to where he is now.

"True Independence and freedom can only exist in doing what's right" Brigham Young

You might think that you only have freedom when you earn it or when someone gives it to you. That isn't true you can have both freedom and independence when you do the right thing. That is if you choose to go to college, no cheat, help others, and do plenty more than you will earn the freedom you deserve. Independence is a form of saying you are old enough to do things, but if you are constantly doing the wrong for example, doing drugs than you are not being independant. That is because when you are responsible enough to know the difference between right and wrong than you are getting freedom. I keep repeating myself but the point is that if do the right thing everything else will go right.

" They're only truly great who are truly good."

Goodness= Greatness by George Chapman. There is no such greatness in is no good. All good becomes greatness and all greatness has good within it. You might want to become the greatest athlete in world history, but what will you do to achieve it. If bad intervenes with what you want, then there is no greatness in what you do, because what you do determines what you become. So if you cheat your way through life to become something great, you are cheating your way through consequences. So that  is, Leo Tolstoy once said, "there is no greatness where there is no simplicity, goodness, and truth." Truth is goodness and when you lie and choose to do the wrong thing then there is no good and when there is no good there is no greatness. It all is one and when you choose the wrong then there is no greatness in life.
